Dell Vostro Laptops Updates For Greater Autonomy

Dell has launched the V131, a new ultra portable laptops in its Vostro small business, the company says improves the battery life poor of his predecessor, the Vostro V130.

Dell has launched the V131, a new ultra portable laptops in its Vostro small business.

The Vostro V131, announced Thursday, allows customers to change the batteries themselves and also offers more battery life. The V130 is the six-cell battery lasted just over two hours of streaming video, but Dell said in a blog that the V131 can handle just about 10 hours on a single charge.

"Overall the battery life is significantly improved compared to the V130, thanks in large part to the second generation Intel Core, as you may know that Sandy Bridge," Lionel Menchaca Dell blogger wrote.

V131 Intel has three options, including ultra-low voltage Celeron 847 and a standard-voltage Core i3 m-2310, 2410M and Core i5. Customers can choose from four cells, or six-cell battery.

Other features include HD camera with dual-array microphone, Voice Pro SRS Premium Sound, fingerprint sensor, and calculates sensor's hard drive. Even if the customer can choose only the United States from the local disk, SSD options are available in some countries, such as the United Kingdom.

The Dell Vostro V131 is for sale at a starting price of £ 359 VAT and delivery, although the price can go much higher depending on the configuration.
